What is the Relaxed Supervision System?

The relaxed supervision guidelines are designed to offer greater flexibility for families while ensuring a safe climbing environment. This exception is offered to experienced climbers, who acknowledge their heightened responsibility to manage the safety of their dependent(s) within the climbing area. 

Parent/Guardian Participation: Parents or legal guardians who are actively supervising their child(ren) under the age of 14 are permitted to climb alongside them. 

Deviation from Standard Supervision Ratios: The implementation of these relaxed guidelines permits a variance from the facility's standard supervisor-to-child ratio.
